 What is a emigration?

 Emigration is usually an extreme measure, which may be, for example, the desire to improve the quality of one's life by moving to a richer, more prosperous system that guarantees relative material well-being, or the desire to escape the limitations of a system, social structure for self-realization or the implementation of any ideas, projects, actions, or the action itself is conditioned by the imposition of a system of social morality that a person who has decided to emigrate cannot or does not want to accept or share, and so on.

 I will not dwell on the material and financial questings othat encourage emigration - this is a consequence local public of moral and legal norms - and I will begin the narrative from a level higher than the desire to improve one's material well-being at the expense of more prosperous, more developed systems of social relations.

 For responsible, independent and decent people a Emigration is an extreme step and is equal to a big fire that will devour all your property that you have and will burden you with internal credit for many years to come.

 Emigration is for those who, despite all the wretchedness of the post-Soviet system, without being part of it, still managed to get back on their feet, placed emphasis in their activities on a permanent income and, one might say, are quite confidently standing on their feet but do not see for themselves positive paths of development conditioned by social relations, the law existing in one or another region of the former Soviet space.

 What forces such people to emigrate?

 Future... The thing is that certain people tend to develop and this happens against their will. Looking for self-expression, they go into business, science, art and, as a rule, living in an authoritarian, totalitarian system, they face a situation when, having accumulated a certain potential, they either need to jump to a new orbit or their heads the totalitars sistems will simply blowning out.

 Well, to understand...
 A person in a democratic society develops based on his plans, his vision, his worldview and ability to bring the quality of his life and future closer to what he wants, without trading his convictions, conscience, responsibility for his conclusions, decisions, actions, behavior. He simply develops and this vector of development is directed to infinity.

 In an authoritarian, totalitarian regime, your development is limited by the stage of implementing your plans by the bar. The stage is a gateway from which, in general, you can crawl to the next level, but if you do not fit into the standard, your head will be shortened.

 A standard, one must understand, is an element of a complex system that is determined by the random principle and is not a constant value, something like a quota, where from a herd of cows, according to a certain set of properties, and not very  smart and far-sighted person distributes - who to slaughter, who to milk, and who to produce.

 It should be understood that the system "does not allow" errors, therefore everyone who does not fit into this standard will be shoved into it,  having cut off everything incomprehensible, unnecessary, inappropriate.

 It is clear that there is no rationality here, but no one strives for it.  An authoritarian, totalitarian society does not need rationality, nor development, it needs a balance of loyalty - the distribution of resources, income, privileges in favor of the system and leaders, nadelennymi vymyshlemymi svoistvami i kachestvami.

 And now about development. Imagine a person in such a system has reached a certain stage when he has formed a business, a close environment and he needs a development perspective.

 What is needed are clear, real goals and the ability to steer toward them despite all the complexity of the comunity, moral and legal sistem of the he is in. And it is in this very place that he begins to conflict and compete with the public, legal system.

 He will not be able to change it, and his actions create waves around him, attracting the attention of the relevant services and departments. The consequence is that he puts himself and his surroundings under a very real risk.

 Yes, someone goes down this road and there are many of them. For them, quite peaceful activities are replaced by a fight against the system, the social morality inherent in the system, and their future in this case is outlined, in relation to probability, clearly.

 As a rule, their heads are either cut off or they are artificially lowered back several levels, after first cutting off everything that could cause alarm in the system and thereby squeezing them into the framework of a potential suitable for this level.

 This happens as things go along, but here the question is in the development of such a social system, such as the sources of this waves, their organization, etc. But any totalitarian authoritarian system is aggressive towards those who do not fit into its norms of morality and law, which can be very limited by the desire to distributed income, funds, libertis and privileges.

 The point is that this path is a rejection of personal life, a reorientation of creative activity towards opposition to the system, as a result of which your head will be blown off anyway. The system is stronger, and a persons will not risk their personal, albeit relative, well-being in favor of prospects that are not clear to them.

 Is there any other choice?

 Yes! Changing morally legal conditions on better approach your moral standards, education, ability and this is a Emigration!

 So we have come to the conditionality of the transition to a new qualitative level, which is based on Emigration from an authoritarian, totalitarian environment as one of the possible paths of development of a person and his close environment for those who are not moral standards, education, ability degradirovannyh habitan avtoritary totalitary sistem.

 First of all, we need to dot the i's and cross the t's. What is Lithuania?

 Lithuania is a post-Soviet space, with all the ills that are characteristic of the entire post-Soviet region, with the only difference that today it is or is considered part of Europe. Despite this EU declared morally legal norms in Lithuania does not work and the country lives according to the inerty in system within the framework of Soviet law, which is veil by means of linguistic censorship.

 Society has degenerated into emotional outbursts of instincts, of instilled by symbols, painted rags, slogans based on separatism, Nazism, Racism, Zionism, intolerance to everything that is beyond their wretched understanding.

 The fact that the country lives at the expense of the infusion of EU subsidies into its budget is not the merit of Lithuanian residents, citizens. This is even worse than a country of gas stations, it is a state of drug addiction. Initially, there was a desire to improve their well-being by maintaining a richer and more generous owner, apropriate the merits of those to whom they have no relation.... It has been partially realized, but possible to measure one's dicks only with countries that are not, or sre lesser supported by the development democratic community. Behind the EU's back, a dirty, incorrect game is being played with the same totalitarian, authoritarian regimes, whose children it is are the entire political diaspora of today's Lithuanian politicians and officials.

 Therefore, Lithuania is a demographically assimilated region loyal to any authoritarian totalitarian regime - from a diaspora, clan befor organized crime group. The demographic ancestors of modern Lithuanian ethnic groups were resettled from all over the Soviet Space as replacements for residents, former owners of land, enterprises, as well as honored military, state, scientific figures whose privileges were annulled by the Soviet Regime, their merits were appropriated. The former residents themselves the native inhabitants who stood firmly on their own feet, those who did not manage to emigrate  to avoid further claims or obligations,  were subject to extermination or faceless resettlement.

 So it turns out) this applies to all ethnic groups of America and Europe, and to Germans, and to British, and to French, and to Normans, and to Poles - it doesn't matter. It's more complicated at least in that the investment funds that you will have in Lithuanian banks to confirm your solvency for some time can be arrested only because, guided by incomprehensible, illogical and unreasonable considerations, someone decides to financial pressure on you for some of their own reasons for appropriating your income or property.
 Here you lose everything, both money and real estate, which you will lose during the period when you are will evicted due to utility debts or any payments that will be inevitable or mandatory. With business, you understand. Here you need a very trusted balanced apparatus to carry out the company's policy even during the time when you will be persecuted. And you will be persecuted because you are a victim and from you it is possible, under certain conditions, to get movable and immovable property for almost nothing.
 This means that you should  yourself on living your life at the level of ordinary local alcoholics, and it is better not to invest in material goods more than necessary and remember that any alcoholic is better than you, has more rights and can lay claim to your property if he sees his significance in it, a carefree existence, etc. But the initiators of pressure, robbery, extortion and other criminal activity directed against you and your interests will be the same workers of local government bodies, law enforcement and judicial authorities.

 Remember, Lithuania is oriented towards authoritarian regimes, and this orientation concerns both distorted understandings and legislation and moral norms. Declared Lithuanian legal norms do not work in Lithuania! Officials will be oriented towards the highest opinion, so it is easy, without any pangs of conscience, to hand over you to the KGB, the main administration of intelligence in Russia, as well as Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, etc., and also other criminal structures of these countries only out of a desire to warm their hands on your property.  People who have oligarchs of the regimes or high-ranking officials of such systems among their relatives will find it easier to arrange their lives in Lithuania; the system will relations you with understanding and even curry favor with you in some way for you. If not, be wise, perhaps in order to integrate into Lithuania, to integrate buzines into Lithuania you will need more than one life and these lives you will have to live in poverty and with rights violated from all sides.

# The political spectrum of the brigade - the 'fine-comb principle'

 The permanent members of the brigade of any popular web forum introduce themselves to be adherents of some party or movement, distributed across the entire post-Soviet political spectrum, excluding its liberal part. On every forum there will definitely be an anti-Semitic nationalist, Zionist a communist and several characters who claim that they voted for Grybouskaite, but were disappointed in her because of her lack of loyalty to Putin, Lukashenko or Yanukovych. Among others, there will definitely be a character on the forum with extreme leftist views, who vehemently denounces the Europa, the USA, Capitalism, but at the same time never criticizes Grybauskaite, Putin, Lukashenko, Yanukovych and their regimes, which is somewhat illogical for an ordinary 'leftist'.

 The views of the brigade members supposedly diverge on minor tactical issues, but they are all invariably united on the key and basic ones - absolute loyalty to Post Soviet Regimes, the “prosperity” of Post Soviet Countries under their leadership, harmfulness of the democrats, the need to continue the information war, right up to the merger of the Baltic Region, Ukraina with the Republic of Belarus and Russia, hatred of human rights defenders, freedom of speech, democratic and liberal values /in addition to liberalism and democracy to any of signs of belonging ethnic, racial, place of permanent residence, party and other signs of the distribution of material wealth and privileges/. I would call this political positioning of the brigade the fine-comb principle.

Any new person, with any political beliefs, who accidentally looks at the forum, finds himself caught between the prongs of this comb. Each of the members of the brigade close to him in his views will declare partial similarity of their beliefs, but will certainly correct the newcomer about the unshakable values of the brigade. Anyone who undertakes to criticize autoritary/totaritary regims post soviet space, runs the risk of receiving unpleasant lectures from the brigade both 'on the right' and 'on the left', from the character 'a paid-up simpleton-fascist' to the character 'an exquisite patriot-ex-Belyatsky'.

Communist, moderate liberal-statist, Yavlinist, a man of difficult fate, who has reconsidered his beliefs, a modest and reasonable mother of a family from somewhere in Florida, always loyal to the USSR moral and legal norms of Judaism, a fawned simpleton from the people, an anti-Semite, an intellectual, a “former dissident - Siberian”, today dreaming of hanging human rights activists from street lamps - these are the usual types of the brigade on web forums. But all of them necessarily and invariably revere post-Soviet regimes and their punitive authorities, as well as all the “active measures” of the authorities. On other points, the brigadiers have minimal differences, the basis for simulating discussions among their own. If the opponent persists in defending his beliefs, then the team will collectively apply more sophisticated methods of influence against him.

# Criminal manner of communication

 Squabbles, provocations, obscene language - all this is the norm from the life of web brigads. The methods of their work with opponent ladies who are trying to argue reasonedly with the texts of the “team members” are unique.

 To their address on this occasion the names of their body parts and genital organs are listed, the opponent’s to lack of a sexual partner, her deformity, old age, excessive obesity, prostitution, etc. are indicated. For example, the typical and most harmless remark:
 “The State Security Service is State Security. A noble task. Security this is generally wonderful. Living in a state of danger is bad, adn which this cannot argue with that. Therefore and taking care of the security of the state as a whole is a very important and necessary task. And if someone from these “State Security Services” you got between the legs, so much so that it still can’t calm down, so it’s a pity that it didn’t kill. After all, your breed doesn’t  care about looking decent. Intrusive, impudent, stubbornly in your eyes, like an advertisement for sanitary pads. Apparently, the GB dealt with you for such disgusting behavior. And let them continue to deal with you all. You, Anastasia, are a dinosaur. And you must die out.”

  And here’s another very typical speech from a member of the brigade:
 “You fucking idiot, are you cumming here at the monitor or something. Can’t you do it any other way? There’s no guy? But who needs you, you idiot. So you’re stuck here from morning to evening. At least some kind of communication for you. You’re here pouring out your poison (or rather, sexual dissatisfaction). Get yourself a man and and let him fuck you yourself properly, you’ll see you become smarter, although the latter is in question.”

 And so on, in a row, with dozens and hundreds of similar texts under different nicknames. It is curious that after a week or two of filling the forum with similar posts, most of which we do not quote here for reasons of decency, the same group of authors who harassed a female opponent usually writes about her a complaining collective letter to the site administrator   - That all of them, certified 'intelligent regular readers' were cruelly persecuted by the very participant in the discussions to whom such texts were dedicated.

 Most of the real women participants in the discussions are not able to withstand such a collective onslaught of the brigade for long and leave the discussions.

# Systematic way away of heated discussions to the side

 The members of the brigade are fluent in simple thieves' techniques (“look, the bird is flying”), necessary to distract the attention of the “object” for the purpose of subsequent robbery (in this case, taking the discussion into the boundless), and unaccustomed to the thieves' world, the "antillekhents" fall for these tricks, to the great joy of the entire brigade. Among other participants in the discussions, except for brigade, such behavior practically does not occur.

 This trick consists of one of the brigade members throwing in a deliberately false thesis, forcing the enemy to scour for sources that refute this lie. For example, that Raoul Mercader, Trotsky’s murderer, never had anything to do with the OGPU-NKVD. After the person who expressed this idea is provided with a dozen references that Mercader received the title of Hero of the Soviet Union and was buried in the USSR, the character is not at all embarrassed; on the contrary, he already claims that Pol Pot’s Khmer Rouge had nothing to do with communism. Having received links to refute this, the character states that not a single Czech died under Soviet tanks in Prague in 1968. Next comes his statement that the victims of Stalin’s repressions were less than a million people, everything else was invented by liberals. Having received factual refutations of each of his false statements, a month later the brigadier character will repeat them again, in the same order and in the same expressions. This trick works very successfully when the brigadier throws in “specific information,” say, about life in Lithuania: “A movie ticket there costs 20 litas.” If Real residents of Lithuania and brigadiers allegedly living there are actively involved in the discussion, at well already for a full day there is a discussion about the cost of a ticket to a Lithuanian cinema...

 Or the thesis is abandoned: “Lukashenko does not and never has had anything to do with the KGB, he is not a special officer.” Links neither to the website of the Belarusian President, nor to the official biography of the President of the Belarusian Republic, nor to his own interviews will help. The author of the “misinformation”, in response to all the refutations, will increasingly insult the person who has undertaken to argue with him, and will repeat his “misinformation” more and more persistently.

 For example, a lady, a permanent member of the brigade team on one of the forums, positioning herself as a resident of Lithuania, but regularly calling to “pray for Lukashenko,” declares the supposed restrictions for Soviet Jews in Lithuania, who are  actually occupy today lot number of responsible public and official positions:
 'What the tsarist authorities in Russia did for many years with the Bans of Settlement and bans of education for Jews, Demakrats are still doing in Lithuania. No, they will allow you to study. Just pay. But it’s unlikely will succeed to get a job, or at a government post. Go to business, pay your taxes. You are welcome. Therefore there are Soviet Jews here, but there is no Jewish question. And there is no Zionism either. Well, imagine if the Jews rushed to sell off Lithuania, like our 'democrats', lining their pockets and cursing Brazauskas. They are wise the Lithuanians.'

Let's leave this passage to the conscience of the "everycompatriots". It doesn’t matter what you write here, the main thing is to divert the discussion away from dangerous for dictatur regims topics.

# Web team awareness.

 First of all, the team’s ability to instantly find quotes from an opponent’s old remarks on the forums is amazing, even if this quote is a year and a half ago, and it may not even be in the site’s archives anymore. Many brigadiers strive to find out as much personal information about their opponent as possible. For this purpose, “intelligence surveys” of critical opponents are regularly conducted; a number of questions are casually asked about family, university graduation, work, region of residence, favorite places or acquaintances. For unknown reasons, a random forum “interlocutor” from the team can easily identify and indicate to you the country and city from which you are writing, even on those sites where it is impossible to see the IP code.

 # Team games

 Another characteristic feature of brigadiers of the same type is their penchant for team games. They invariably support each other in discussions, ask each other leading questions, clarify each other’s answers, even if they are positioned as strangers to each other. If they start bullying one of their opponents, then this bullying will definitely become a team one, with the participation of three to twenty different characters who are invariably present on political forums at any time of the day. The brigade's favorite technique is to accuse the opponent of insanity. It invariably becomes collective, where each of the nicknames of the brigade will definitely throw out one of the short remarks: “Demshiza, paranoia, schizophrenia, clinic, persecution mania, obviously sick, madhouse at the computer, pathological Russophobia, nervous breakdown, severe diagnosis, amnesty in psychiatric hospital, take a sedative, Kremlin agent..." etc., etc.

 For example, a certain “lady from intellectual circles in Lithuania” reports:
 'Gentlemen, if Nastenka is prescribed a lobotomy, with your permission, I will give the doctor a scalpel - a dull one, like Nastya herself. Well, if they limit themselves to electric shock, then let me turn on the switch! I’ll turn it on for a little while, for about two hours!... She, this Anastasia, is a Russian bastard, she can even very easily fall under a tram, of course, herself, like in that book.'

 Less than three years have passed since, on another political forum, a certain anonymous person from the brigade declares to another woman who wrote about the victims of the Gulag:
 'Well, so much for the heap... How do you, dear Veronica at like about a lobotomy? We to you haven't done it yet.' It turns out that this brigade’s 'joke' is typical and cross-forum, like many of their similar pranks.

Another option for the brigade is to accuse the person of lying on the basis of a typo, or to start writing  with your entire close-knit group that an always perfectly correct, polite and well-mannered opponent this is “a malicious rude person, a troublemaker, a boor and a liar.” Thus, the brigade collectively forms a negative image of an opponent they do want.
 

# Bring to one's involvement of the administration.

 If all of the listed methods of working with an opponent have been exhausted, the team has an extreme measure in its arsenal - involving the site administration. And thise more often than not, brigadiers simply massively write monotonous collective complaints against their opponents to the editor, the site administrator, or in electronic “complaint books”, demanding the removal of certain postings or entire discussions that they do not like, calling close access to the forums   to undesirable persons. The complaints of team on different forums coincide verbatim. For example, both the administrator of the site DELFI.ru and the webmaster were addressed by the team with complaints about completely different people, but with the same text: 'This sweet couple to did insulted and humiliated all  regular participants of forum.'

 Usually the brigade accuses the opponent of what they most often do themselves. Let us assume that most often the brigade used obscene language at the opponent, threatening him with physical harm, and the opponent remained correct and unperturbed. This means that in their complaints to the administrator, the team will write that the “accused” persecuted them all at the same time, that he is rude, foul-mouthed and threatened everyone with violence. When there are a lot of such letters (we take into account that the team always works collectively, and each of this group uses several nicknames), then the number of complaints will have an effect on any admin, even though the team members never provide specific evidence or quotes, for lack of such.

 This method is colloquially referred to as banal collective slander of an opponent. It is quite effective even for those forum administrators who do not yet want to voluntarily obey the instructions of the ideological governing bodies of the totalitar Republics. However, there are fewer and fewer such independent administrators; they are losing their jobs one after another and are being replaced everywhere by more obedient and compliant ones.

# Destruction of unwanted forums.

Sometimes a purge of entire sections of the forum is organized in which one of the brigade members has made obvious “mistakes” or disclosed unnecessary or premature information from the special services, and  so many examples of such activity that it is difficult to call them coincidences.

The website vesti.ru, where quite heated discussions of current Russian issues were held, was closed shortly after the start of the discussion, where a number of readers accused the FSB of being responsible for the explosions in Dagestan. The site has now been transferred to the state television channel. On the website of the Moscow News newspaper, readers who have established themselves as critics of Lukashenko, Putin and the FSB are blocked from entering discussions by the new site administrator without any explanation, despite the fact that these readers did not violate any rules of conduct on this forum. All texts from this group were carefully cut out by the site administrator from the archive of discussions period over a year a half.

The search engine rambler.ru for the keyword “lustration” recently provided a link to the ej.ru forum with an interesting and extensive comment from a reader, where he substantiated the need for lustration of security officers in Russia, Belarus, Baltic countres. After his texts were quoted on another Russian political forum, with reference to a post by a reader from ej.ru, all archives of discussions in the Daily Journal, including the text about lustrations, were destroyed, and the ej.ru forum itself reformation and changed  design. On many Runet forums (as an example, DELFI.ru) there is now a painstaking and systematic change of administrators, replace independent specialists with regime-controlled, obedient executors of any instruction.

Today I would like to pay attention to the internal and external problems of Lithuania’s economic development. It is no secret that the Lithuanian economy is built mainly on funds received from the European Union as subsidies for solving construction, organizational, and environmental problems, which in theory should be implemented by Lithuania using internal structures and companies. Low norms  of mutual settlements and social garants for obligations to people  inhabiting the region and inappropriate quality, volumes, and the strategy of dead souls make the difference between the real cost of work and its in dokumentation cost.  This is the means of the most banal theft finanse from mistic some GDP (GDP), where the latter is an illusion that has no real roots.
The export of original Lithuanian products is very insignificant and its profitability is so low that it requires constant subsidies, investments, and quotas (look Aug 17, 2011 Lithuania - A Crime and Liability ). It is also depressing that today there is no end of this tunnel or prospects in sight. As Polish President Branislaw Komorowski correctly described the situation, Lithuania is like a goat that jumps around, gives everyone a thumbs up, but cannot and does not want to bring any benefit to the European Union. In the future, the same Greece, where the well-being of a certain layer of society is placed above public, national, every european interests. Plus an inflated sense of self-importance that is absolutely inconsistent with the intellectual level of the leaders and the population of Lithuania. Well, not about that... I'm more concerned today about Lithuania's policy towards Russia&Belarusia.

Why?
Because Russia Belarus today is not only about energy resources but and the exporting to the European Union all that crap that seems to should have produced in Lithuania.

Why the crap ?
Because these are not products that can compete in terms of price-quality ratio with similar products presented on the European market from European a similar product  manufacturers. And to be honest, as in Russia, as in Belarusia this product groups are not strategic.

What does it mean ?
This means that, for example, German product groups to such as cosmetics, instrument making, machine tools, and mechanical engineering have firmly gained their positions in Russia. And this is good! Germany receives income from the export of its goods to Russia that exceeds the cost of imports and purchases of both raw materials and energy resources from Russia. Today I would like to pay attention to the internal and external problems of Lithuania’s economic development. It is no secret that the Lithuanian economy is built mainly on funds received from the European Union as subsidies for solving construction, organizational, and environmental problems, which in theory should be implemented by Lithuania using internal structures and companies. Low norms  of mutual settlements and social garants for obligations to people  inhabiting the region and inappropriate quality, volumes, and the strategy of dead souls make the difference between the real cost of work and its in dokumentation cost.  This is the means of the most banal theft finanse from mistic some GDP (GDP), where the latter is an illusion that has no real roots.
The export of original Lithuanian products is very insignificant and its profitability is so low that it requires constant subsidies, investments, and quotas (look Aug 17, 2011 Lithuania - A Crime and Liability. https://korenevskiylt.blogspot.com/2011/08/zemaiciu-plentas-nusikaltymas-ir.html ). It is also depressing that today there is no end of this tunnel or prospects in sight. As Polish President Branislaw Komorowski correctly described the situation, Lithuania is like a goat that jumps around, gives everyone a thumbs up, but cannot and does not want to bring any benefit to the European Union. In the future, the same Greece, where the well-being of a certain layer of society is placed above public, national, every european interests. Plus an inflated sense of self-importance that is absolutely inconsistent with the intellectual level of the leaders and the population of Lithuania. Well, not about that... I'm more concerned today about Lithuania's policy towards Russia&Belarusia.

Why?
Because Russia Belarus today is not only about energy resources but and the exporting to the European Union all that crap that seems to should have produced in Lithuania.

Because these are not products that can compete in terms of price-quality ratio with similar products presented on the European market from European a similar product  manufacturers. And to be honest, as in Russia, as in Belarusia this product groups are not strategic.

What does it mean ?
This means that, for example, German product groups to such as cosmetics, instrument making, machine tools, and mechanical engineering have firmly gained their positions in Russia. And this is good! There are no Nuclear Scientists in Lithuania, and perhaps there never will be. Therefore, a Lithuanian with a Nuclear Power Plant is the same as a monkey with a grenade) like and Lukashenko. And the infrastructure of Russian, American, Lokal Eropean, Japanese companies is still dependent on the economy and politics of the regions to which it belongs. But the important thing is that each country of world is focused on a specific group of offers on the world market. The Russia is energy resources, raw materials and we must come to terms with this and try to create a system where money would be returned from relations with Russia and more would be returned than is required for the production of the next generation of the product groups for presented to the market and the purchase of energy, energy resources, and raw materials. In concret case, Lithuania needs highly educated specialists who are not currently available in Lithuania, but only then Lithuania can making groops of offers that could be interesting to Russia in the future.
It’s difficult, and for Lithuanian politicians also because it takes time and there will be no cheap populism here. Lithuanian need specialists and there are none within the country! There are upstarts, but there is no competent scientific and engineering staff ! So, so far, today we can state the depressing fact that Lithuanian public officials and officials are mostly opportunistic upstarts who do not have the appropriate abilities, upbringing, education - there are no competent personnel with the appropriate moral qualities in Lithuania today.
The Lithuanian migration system cannot give Lithuania the same specialists as work in Lokal European space. Lithuania migracion tarked is focused on the Ex Soviet world or the Totalitarian, semi-developed regimes of the others country of World space. A There They aren't there Either ! )
A good scientific  engineering contingent lives only in shallow waters rich in food in West Europe, where European and American companies maintain structures working in this direction. Lithuania need a different migration policy, different conditions for educated people from America and the European region. Lithuania also need other conditions for Lithuanian citizens, and from Russia, who already live in Lithuania. People not shouldn't have to fight for existence. Their goal should be to work for the scientific and economic potential of the country, and to from hand to mouth, without fighting for their lives and the lives of their loved ones and those around them. She, like me, lived on the territory of the USSR, studied at Soviet Educational Institutions, and even after the collapse of the USSR, she honestly served the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, has real and movable property as  reward for selfless as merits for the benefit of the Soviet fatherland.
 So why us and not them ?  

 Now about practicality... It is impossible  not to live, not to get a job, not to open a bank account, not to put money there or to withdraw it using a red-skinned passport, popularly called a Soviet Passport. It is used by the Migration Department of our Country of Residence as a Travel Document to once again emphasize our Civil Belonging.

It’s been almost twenty years since I was entitled to only “Temporary Residence” in terms of status of Civil Affiliation. Who divided us and on what basis is probably known only in the secret offices of Lubyanka, but we have any number of problems regarding this matter.
How do we live? - an official who happens to come across this article will ask from offices with large windows. We live like everyone else, problems arise only with the authorities and only with our citizenship. We are specially registered this way for moral, financial, material, legal pressure for the purpose of persecution and extortion pressure. Even if you are a professor,  the last drunkard  from New Guinea is still above us on the social ladder and in terms of the law and in concepts.


 Despite the fact that we have homes, families, businesses and our wives and children here have citizenship of the countries where we live, we are only guaranteed temporary residence. What does it mean? This means that over the years we can establish a business, environment, invest money in a house, but at any moment all this can be broken and crossed out. And mind you, at best, we don’t plan any further - it’s stupid to plan. Oh, they to throw us out to Russia or other ex state Soviet Union like the last homeless people and if you’re lucky it’s  in a summer. Us houses be this period be taken away due to debts or they will certainly be robbed (even the neighbors won’t be able to help), uschildren left without funds can die of hunger or simply freeze and no one will care about them. Social wolkers will arrive when you return, if of course you return, and it is then that they will ask how you live, is there firewood and food in the refrigerator, but will not help in any way. Its goal is not to help you survive, but to take your children away from you. Need showing what we ist russant and all Russian idiots they are, they can’t look after children. My situation today is somewhat better. My wife couldn’t stand it and left, but the children are registered in my name and I will be with them until the end. What do Lithuanian parliamentarians want in a country with an authoritarian regime and a structured criminal group? How is how the current state of Belarus and oficial Lithuania can be relationship ?
In order to answer this question, it is necessary to analyze the Lithuanian public persons and oficial characters who approach management through the social structures of Lituania. What is social structure ? Social struktura this is redistribution of social status, income, privileges, property not according to abilities, upbringing, education, but according to social characteristics such as race, ethnicity, clan, diaspora, party, etc.. Today in Lithuania public and oficial persons thisn is klan/partia soviet communists with fake education as Soviet Party Shool. And former Soviet activists, propagandists with legalized Soviet  a technical, a humanitarian False of Soviet Educationin leading public and official positions in Lithuania are being added every day.  There are more communists with or without fake education. That is, in leading public and official positions in Lithuania, more officials are being added every day who build their well-being on the misfortunes of other people in accordance with their morality and legal norms legitimized by and Lithuanian, and European justice.
 And they does not only think of communist, racist, nacist regimes with fascist systems of manipulation of public opinion, but also sees himself in such a system. It will not be a surprise if tomorow or after some time them should not realize itself in Lithuania as a European control system to realization of demands by terrorist methods together with some dictator or with some authoritarian regime.

Yesterday they did attacked the Poles, German residents in territory Soviet Lithuania, today on me. The reason justifying and legitimizing criminal offenses in this case is ethnicity and race. That is, in the Lithuanian language itself, the understanding of the relationship between any ethnic group, diaspora, clan and person is understand in civil belonging, as and russian languach - piletine Priklausamibe/гражданская принадлежность or of other words Slavery.  Because in my case this is a justification for already committed and planned criminal offenses for the purpose of misappropriation of property through extortion, fraud, persecution, as well as physical, moral, legal, financial, material pressure.
They need loyal circumstances to ligalisation sovjet rezima in lithuania and so today's understanding Lithuanian as a nation is not suitabled. And its plans, importing human resources from Belarus in Lithuania for all managerial positions, as a more loyal them system.
Why do I think so? Only because financial provision, redistribution of property, income resources for Belarus is planned by the autoritar government, and civil have to paying to them for ownself and to paying to them for ownself lithuanian peopls don't want today. Why?
Only because politics this is way to achieve a goal, not a goal and no one don't need to make fools of us anymore!
