Dear Antanas,
I do not believe that my explanation can resolve the conflicts with your Local Government Leaders, but I will file my claims so that there is no question in the court process me due  to the desire to resolve conflicts amicably and peacefully.

 First of all, I want to say that I don't understand why my ex-husband has had a house, land, business, investments in Lithuania since 1996, paid taxes in Lithuania, social insurance other, and still does not have Lithuanian citizenship.

March 31 - https://korenevskiylt.blogspot.com/2017/02/seima-iskaudino-valdeninkai-zemaitis.html /, how I lost milk due to the fault of your Social Department Managers and Child Care Service, how you caused a loss to my ex-husband's business and broke it, I remember how your oficial persons to go to place of him work, Your Self Goverment Officials maked out of legal work impossible due to legal, financial, material, physical pressure, constant as fraudulent means legalized and non-legal persecution, slander, etc., I remember how during the search of Your Self Goverment Officials caused loss to his partners from the Local Europian Continent. I remember a lot! I qualify these actions, and the current conflict with the Social Department of the Municipality of Rietavo, that it is inflicted financial, material, moral pressure in me!
 Therefore, I believe the current conflict with your Municipality is a consequence of the unresolved conflict from the past tense.
 Perhaps one of a reason is to divide the property, expel my ex-husband from Lithuania and leaving me without the strong husband's shoulder destroy me and my children, . Giedrius Pundinas is the very consequence, when the Migration Service of your Municipality sent Konstantina to Russia, and I needed to support my two small children and nobody was able to help me, and the Heads of Your Municipality Social Department / Wolkers of Social Service to force parents buy and sell their children for beer and cigarettes - Plunges zinios , 2008 August 22 - https://korenevskiylt.blogspot.com/2017/02/susivaidije-tevai-vaikus-perka-ir.html /!  In May 2010, I asked Jurist Jusu in the Municipality to appoint me a free lawyer. On 29-07-2010, the Plunges District District Court was presented with the Lawsuit regarding the determination of paternity, the determination of the child's place of residence, and the award of maintenance to the child. A copy of the Lawsuit, birth certificate of Helena Korenevskyte, Request to payding me financine support according to the Law - article 7,  part 4th  was presented to your Municipal Officials.

 I don't know the fate of these documents, and I sincerely be sorry that I trusted the word your as of the Mayor of the Municipality, and did not register the transferred documents and pleas.

 In December 2010, I repeated my requests and came to you with a letter where I expressed my thoughts on the reasons for granting me support. Additionally, I presented you with an decision that it is  notpossible to resolve questions regarding the determination of paternity, the determination of the child's place of residence, and the awarding of maintenance to the child through the Court, because the defendant disappeared. We talked with you, in your office, where you to I was told that according to the Law to article 7, the part 4th it was to written because of defendant disappeared and until it is established his place of residence according to you, I don't have rights to a lawyer. Then, summarizing the conversation at your own request, you appointed and I received a one-time benefit from the local government social fund allowance of 260 Litas /76.47 Euro/.
 But in the law states - 'Only the child(ren) has the right to receive social welfare, under the age of 18, if the family raising the children is an unmarried persons,  or persons is divorced or or living in a civil marriage did not enter into a court-validated child support agreement  or they not applied for support and/or paternity determination i court or appeal, but paternity was not established and/or maintenance was not awarded'.
 I asked the lawyer assigned to me to resolve the issue of allocating social assistance to me from the overlords of your  municipality self-government, but they did not want to handle this matters. The Municipal Lawyer told me that I am not entitled to social assistance, and that it was impossible to resolve the issue of parentage determination, determining the child's place of residence, and awarding child support through the court. Also his told me what Your municipality refuses to compensate the costs of document into The Court processing according to procedural codes /I have an audio recording of this conversation/.

 I had no choice but to wait for the end of the lawyer's term to solve all the issues on my own. But I want to say that your Officials, the Social Department, the Lawyers that your Municipal Administration offers for are incompetent and socially dangerous for the residents of Rietava Municipality of self goverment. My child and I could have died due to the fault of your local government employees, but I was helped by my ex-husband, Algis Peciulis, Bruonius Jankauskas, Asta Kupetiene and other residents of Labardziu, who even today help us materially, morally and physically.
 In August 2011, the lawyer's term expired, and I started to solve the issues on my own. So that there are no questions regarding the suspended case, I have presented to your Social Department Managers of your self goverment a Notice that the trial started according to the Claim since 08/04/2010 is ongoing. Also, all documents and requests for my support were repeatedly delivered to you and Your the Social Department by letters /the letters are registered and during the trial I will provide evidence that you received them/. This time all the documents provided as to you personally and as to the employees of your self government were register. When You or Your Wolkers refuse to register korespondence, to you correspondence was delivered by mail with delivery receipt.
 I don't know why your wolkers see the date of my appeal to the Court - 08/01/2011 . All documents show the date of my application to the Court on 08/04/2010. It is not my fault that due to incompetence or unwillingness to resolve the conflict with my ex-husband yet in 1996, your Municipality is currently putting financial, material, moral, phisick pressure on me and my young daughter. Therefore, if the Leaders of Your Municipality are unable to resolve the conflict by good will within the month regarding the provision of financial assistance from 04/08/2010 and compensation of the unpaid amount, taking into account the damage caused, overhead and other expenses - I will be forced to go to a Court at Discrimination /Nazism, Zionism, Racism, Represios towards members of Local European Ethnic Groups/ , and demand compensation through bailiffs !

November 4, 2013 - my thoughts - family, children, home, work.

 Because moral, materiaf, finansing pressing from self-goverment of Rietavas, Republic of Lithuania I have a complicated situation.

 At the hands of two kids. Should look after them, gerl  send to school, and meet her at after school and son whom him only next year in school. befor shcool 5 miles.

 With time so...
little daughter to collect and send to school, school bus - 7-30. Before this time
I can not plan ewn time. Befor need hir raise from bed, gather, feed. The child protection service and the social service of Rietava require that the boy attends kindergarten. I think because of the income from us to budget of the municipality Rietavas. But, if me need send my boy in kindergarten it is 8-00 and only with own car. For us this is an additional expense, we  not haved any benefits, dotation from the Lithuanian budget, or even compensation for heating in the winter. Child from school must meet. Schul Bus - 1-30. I need to clean up the house, light a fire in the fireplace, cook food, and put my clothes in order - a lot of homeworries and hometroubles. All this requires taking into account both time and expenses. All this requires is self discipline, but taking into account both time and expenses.

 Let theoretically this problem I can decided to. Theoretically, because with my children for free, no one will to mess and whithjobs of home also - It's worth the money.

 Now apbout for my boy....
If my boy goes to kindergarten, then the Kindergarten terminates at 17-00. This means 17-00 I have pick up the baby, and this case can this make only with own transport.

 Boot me need time and for earn money, family income. Now let's see my ability to earn money.
Better to first consider, how much we need money. From the condition of minimum, I have already calculated the and described in his article - "How much money do you need to live for a month in Lithuania?". This is in Lithuanian. For us Administration ot Lithuania considers self-sufficient LTL 350 ($138.33) per person in month excluding me. This means that if I oficial earn 150 litas in month ($59.28) then we are not entitled to extra help.

 That means I have to earn not less than 1200 litov if I sit at home and not less than 2400 if working full-time. Just enough to live, inferior limit. Sitting with the kids, independently 1,200 litas I do not can earn. Could make the biggest but needs and investment and time. Neither one nor the other I do not have.

 Therefore we consider other options...
In Lithuania, I am a foreigner and have only a temporary residence permit. Therefore, I can only rely on unskilled, low paid wage labor. Such working in our village and the nearest city do not get enough money that would support themselves and their family. Them pay extra out of self-government, but I can not count on it. Real case it still has a budget deficit from 350 LTL in a big way. The real deficit will be about 600 litas. Lacking half of our real expenses.
So it is necessary to look work away. With the road, work in Klaipeda takes the time from 5-30 to 19-00. But is also no proposals for me  exceeding the required minimum. And so - and so....  need financial assistance, that us do not rely.

The best option for me own business in the nearest town. I'm important  children so that there they could wait for the end of my working day and we together to return home.

 But our hairdresser's was expropriated, our hairdresser could not withstand the pressure from the Rietavas local government and left with our investments in her - training, tools, maintenance, to another owner, and the Rietava local government appropriated our hairdresser's to him.

 I would own learn to be a hairdresser and open othersome sort of small hairsalon this would solve the problem. children after school could gather there and together we could go back home.
 But this is just a dream .... not have the opportunity to learn, the kids need me at home.

 The Sad Situation...

 The next agresing attack is being prepared against me and my children by the administration of Antanas Černėckis district of Rietavas. The forces is no equal - they are well financed from the budget of the Republic of Lithuania, have an authoritarian influence on the structures and responsibility persons in the bodies of justice, justice. It will not work to reach an agreement by appealing to their conscience, moral and legal norms of public relations, explaining, drawing attention to the negative consequences of their operational activities! Today we’ll talk about Children and why these same Children in Lithuania are dying near garbage of containers . I think the fault of mothers here is very relative. In this particular case, a young, beautiful woman, through the fault of the Lithuanian authorities, first lost her husband, then she was raped, robbed, and then the pregnant woman was simply thrown into outside. All the authorities took care of for her was 100 Euros for two people with her daughter. Without a roof over your head, without heat, without food...
 Today Lituanian more talking about how they need good treat animals, but how do they treat people ?

 The most terrible thing is that no one, no one has borne any responsibility, and on the contrary, today, they are hiding the official persons that allowed themselves to take advantage of the tragedy and cheat of trust,  as if mocking, speculating europian norms of morality and law, push to did actions that had irreversible negative consequences for The Mother and The Kid.
 It is clear that the responsibility for all this chaos lies with on the local Officials of Social Structures. It is also clear from dokumentation  that in our case all criminal actives of self goverment of Rietavas with blessing of The Self Goverment of Rietavas municipal administration and The Lithuanian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

 But... But... all legal activity in Lithuania today is controlled by the  clan of Lansberges... He is a former full-time agent of The Soviet State Security Committee and, as the successor of this Soviet structure, he has all the archives and dossiers on almost all public officials and officials who held any responsible positions in Soviet Lithuania. This includes The Ministry of Internal Affairs, The Prosecutor's Office, Courts and Bailiffs. Therefore, according to his instructions voiced by Kubilis, it's need to hiding crimes committed by the Lithuanian Structures of the legislative, operational, and executive powers and therefore their irresponsibility and impunity are practically legitimized confidentially. And as a consequence thim Terror, Persecution, Holodomor against everyone who, for some reason, is antipathetic to public and official persons at all levels of the Lithuanian legislative, operational and executive power at the level of intradepartmental and departmental solidarity.
 And with all this, it is customary to publicly scold allsome mythical Russians who do not exist of ethnically in nature. Thus, they provoke ethnic and racial intolerance in Lithuania as a manifestation of Nazism, racism, Zionism among some Lithuanian residents towards same others.
 This is usually manifested in the relations of former Soviet residents of all ethnic groups of today's Lithuania in relation to their fellow tribesmen, who, at the discretion of Public and Official Persons of Lithuania, are given a stamp that they are in some direct or indirect way of related to The Mythical Russian Ethnic Group. Which accordingly gives the right to commit various criminal offenses of varying degrees of severity against them and their families.
 As a rule, these 'Russians' of Polish or German ethnic groups which returned to the Vilnius or Memel Lands after Lithuania officially accepted the jurisdiction of the European Union. Those same 'Russians' who were first shot, raped, robbe, killed by the Russian-Lithuanian Soviet Commissars amid marches and fanfare, and those who were lucky enough to survive, but were not lucky enough to escape from Soviet Lithuania, those, who were forcibly sent to die in the vast expanses of Siberia from heavy unskilled labor, living conditions, hunger, cold, disease ! From their first answer, not I and my child is not entitled to social security.

This is from the income due to me 315 litas per month /it's less 100 euro/ with a small child in my arms. But this is not the main thing... I was deeply offended by the answer from the Rietavas municipal administration:

From their response it is impossible to understand where the material support due to me and not paid to me in the amount of about 3800 litas (more than 1000 euros) disappeared. Then I wrote another letter:

I have attached to the letter all the documents confirming my rights to social security during the past period of time, but not paid it for by the Rietavas municipality. On what I received the following response from the Rietavas municipal administration:

I don’t understand him, is this a mockery? Knowing my difficult financial situation, the Rietavas municipal administration simply appropriated the financial and material support due to me and the child and no one bears any responsibility for this to this day. You know, I will not leave this issue aside, if the Lithuanian judicial system will hush up or justify the crimes committed against me and my baby - I will raise this issue, so what  Rietavas self goverment will have to answer to me for the atrocities committed publicly. Place and time don't matter. Any crimes such as humiliation, infringement of rights and dignity should not go unpunished! Therefore, I think that if you have at least a little conscience, honor and understanding, please help me in any way you can to Establish and Promote the European Moral and Legal Norms declared by The Lithuania !
