Justification of the project:
I want to present my project of an engineering building in your municipality oriented as an office building for internet promotion of folk crafts of Lithuania. I will be open and therefore I will say that the project I present should be useful and habitans your self-government, and interests of my family. But I start whith aspects that are beneficial to residents of the municipality of Rietavas.
This project will use services to promote folk crafts from different regions by exchanging analog products made by local craftsmen and selling products from other regions on the local market. The main business idea is to create an Internet logistics system for promoting folk crafts from all regions. Here I mean creating seasonal Internet catalogs, creating and using embedded clips, show business on Google resources.
For the project to be successful, me it is necessary to have a salon-studio with the output of Internet resources, photographs, video products and technological consultations on marketing and production of folk crafts in the region. People will also have the opportunity to view demonstration materials of our services and use our products and services. I would also like to have a children's room where people could let their children play while they are busy with business, and duty free to give away, exchange, buy children's things and toys.
I understand that the possibility of implementing such a project in Rietavas is related to the ability and desire of the municipality to participate in it. Therefore, if the Rietavas municipality finds this project interesting, it can participate and also acquire a controlling stake. This will give it the opportunity to participate in the decision-making process regarding the company's capabilities, services for local entrepreneurs, participation in the purchase or lease of territory and the creation of the necessary complex for these services on it.
What is special about the construction project we present?
First of all, these are jobs with well-paid participation in interesting creative processes and a flexible work schedule. Secondly, this is collective creativity with the opportunity to independently realize one’s own upbringing, abilities, and education.
Thirdly, it is a solution to many problems with with the targeted joint accumulation of the first capital, associated with investments in the sphere, which can save utility costs for heating, water supply and electricity, and also bring income from the creation of battery systems for the accumulation of energy resources.

First, let's calculate the foundation... or what we can do to level the area. I think the best option for this region, would be to place the containers on reinforced concrete anchors with a diameter of 300 mm and a depth of 1500 mm.

In total, reinforcement 2.01x142.56 will cost 287.59 litas or 84.58 Euro, and concrete will cost about 2000 litas or 588.23 Euro.
The cost of anchors prepared for work, according to technical specifications, ranges from 700 to 900 litas or from 205.88 to 264.70 euros.

Approximate installation cost - LTM 1040 - 2.1 LTL x 1900 LTL for 8 working hours. We will need 16 hours of work to install the anchors.

In this project I plan to use a central heating system with oil or antifreeze. This will require a 64 kW boiler + radiators around 34,000 litas or 10000 Euro. Installation 6,000 litas or 1764.70 Euro. Total around 40,000 litas or 11764.70 Euro.

This could by far be an exciting journey into the creative world for many local residents, where everyone could easily learn creativ craft and to meet all their needs and earn real income for investing in larger capital investments, such as local energy systems. However, due to the unhealthy situation with the rights to distribute funds into the niche, the unjustified significant financial burden from a objects of pretentious infrastructure with a large budget for maintenance and such also financial burdensome pretentions from public events - the administration of the Rietava self-government blocked this project.
