 You will not find anyone guilty of passing on information to Beljatsky in Lithuania. Them is not !
 Why ?
 Because all legal and non-legal activities in Lithuania are regulated by the same gang that includes the Prime Minister of Lithuania, its President, and the entire Lithuanian Position & Opposition. Therefore, all assistance from Lithuania will be used directly as a replenishment of Lukashenko’s personal budget, taking into account the root-mean-square error in the interests of those very officials who did transmitted information to the State Security Committee of Belarus on Byalyatsky. It doesn't matter what it will look like. Any ransom is a replenishment of  budget of regime of Lukashenko. The more Lithuania redeem, what more income regime of Lukashenko, the more Lithuania replenish accuitment for Lukashenko from Europen Union. Here need understend what this Lithuanian money is direct money for the controlled ransom of opposition figures as the movement of funds from Lithuania  towards accounts of private on the territory of Belarus. In the first case, you can be sure that everyone who touches this Lithuanian money will come to the attention of the Belarusian Security Forces; in the second case, they will either simply hang in the air or be confiscated by the same Security Forces of regime of Lukashenko. And most importantly, remember that Lithuania allocated more than half a million EURO through its Ministry of Foreign Affairs to regime of Lukashenko to deal with everyone who calls himself the opposition. Singled of money to same scum that staged a massacre in Vilnius in 1991 years. The reason is the integration of Belarusian consumer goods into the European market through Lithuanian quotas from European Union. Lithuania betrayed the interests of the European Union in favor of the personal income to public and official persons of Lithuania. The most interesting thing is that the authoritative figures of European justice have not understood anything or do not want to understand due to some of their own selfish interests. Analyzing the situation, it may be quite logical that those closest to the traitors will be those who will act as guarantors of the security of Lithuanian money on territory of control regime of Belarus.
 As for Bialiatsky himself, it seems to me that he is no longer a tenant. Something will happen to him - he will end up in prison and there he will die from a heart attack, an accident, or, as always in Lithuania, in such cases he will choke on alcohol and his own vomit from it.
Such are the prospects. If you want to fight dictatorship, start with Lithuania and with opposition of regim Belarus !
