 In the Lithuania state Minutes of all meetings are no kept due wanting to the responsibility of officials for their decisions, actions, instructions and advice. This practice does apply and to the municipality of Rietavas. Perhaps these meetings are a form of oppression, psychological violence, which some officials want to hide, not acknowledge and not be responsible for their actions or their consequences...

 But excuse, I didn't receive any records, everything is classified. Why ?

The meeting content:

 Here... she doesn't want to communicate with children, she wants to pretend that she's interested in this children at all. A good mother for self children and in Hell will go. 

 But here she doesn’t even want to just come and visit the children and find out how they live. Although all the conditions for this are there, and there were such proposals from our side. I did suggested to he from the minding that the children could communicate with her child, if she does not want to visit the us home - then this could be organized in local library. There are opportunities for this - she refused.

 I trained her to be a hairdresser (Tripartite Agreement on Training and Employment / 2012-09-05), opened the hairdresser's, bought all the necessary tools and materials for a hairdresser's. I provided financial, moral, legal support to her and her child, Lelya... and made support care for Eduarda and Ernest, ran the household, paid all bills and expenses including alimony for her to the bailiff for the children living under my care. All that was required of her was to earn money on her own to buy materials and furnish, as well as maintain personal apartment and her own child in my estate, ours with her children.

She refused and spent the money earned on entertainment and her lover, current hasband, her current  and entertainment.

 The director of the Rietavas Municipal Center has repeatedly suggested that I give my children to an orphanage, and the Children's Service, as is well known, was completely satisfied with this decision. Therefore, I have no doubt that if I give the children to their mother, there is no guarantee that without a guaranteed income for her and the children, without a guaranteed place of residence for both the mother and the children - after the violent seizure of our property, the interest in the children and their mother on the part of state and local authorities will disappear, and we will all end up in a dire situation.  

 Further, an employee of the Social Center offered me the illegal work for  her boyfriend for very little money. The income is so small that it is impossible to support a family and pay utility bills. The duties include preparing firewood for the purchase of their socialnymi sluzhbami self-government from the money to be paid to low-income families, and subsequently redistributing it, including wolkers social services, children's service, employees of the municipal administration and their relatives, as well as other close them persons. And for this, the Children's Service, together with the responsible employees Social service of selt-goverment of Rietavas, suggested that I regular sending my five-year-old child to kindergarten on a regular bus.  Despite all the requests and provocations of the responsible employees of the children's and social services of the Rietavas municipality, I cannot transfer the children to their mother for a week or some other period of time, because I have no information about her place of residence and I dont have informationd for other conditions of their safety. And I want the real reasons for such questions to be voiced by the responsible employees of the children's and social services of the Rietavas municipality - to me all this is associated with the desire to kidnap my children for the purpose of their violent and irresponsible exploitation in order to obtain material benefits and resources from the administration criminal group of the Rietavas municipality.

 If the departments of children's affairs and social services are trying to transfer the children living with me to her mother through this meeting, then how stable are her living conditions and at what expense, what conditions, circumstances guarantee stability? As I understand it, she lives with her boyfriend, and he has no official obligations to the mother of these children or to the children. The moral standards of both the participants and their wards cannot guarantee a responsible attitude to their decisions, actions and behavior. It is quite possible that her place of residence is a place for providing sexual services to state and Rietavas municipal officials, and her partner is nothing more than a pimp. Then what do the children have to do with it?

 Before making any decisions, it is important for me to understand the responsibility for ensuring the safety of children, the responsible employees of the children and the social services of the Rietavas, as well as the police, the justice of Lithuania. I have no reason to trust them. I do not trust them !

The accusations against me that I trained and sent her to work from my company, and did not provide her with the conditions of a housewife - I consider unfounded, since I tried to do this, but in connection with the operational activities of all those employees of children's, social services of the Rietava region and the police, justice, prosecutor's office of Lithuania, I had to work with a child, go through a lot of difficulties, the children at the time of my deportation at that time were already living with her and her lover  and the consequences - three months with children in the hospital without any social security and assistance from all these services and departments of the Rietava municipality. Here we are talking about responsibility for your conclusions, decisions, actions, behavior.

I also remember well the period when we were forced to hide with relatives in the Kedanai region due to the pressure from public and official persons of Rietavas and the provoked administration of the Rietavas district regarding the migration problem. 

Having returned to Lithuania from yet another deportation, I worked there, there was no pressure or provocation from public and official self-government figures and My Works in Kedainiai district - My works from autumn 2007 to summer 2008. 

It's clear that after the operational activities of public and official persons of the Rietavas self-goverment in the form of searches, assaults, sanctioned robberies, it was necessary to restore order there. For all these household chores, children, I brought money every week, somewhere around 500/600 euros every week. My ex-wife had the financial means to hire someone to help with the housework, but... And now what do we see? This led to a new wave of aggression against me and my family. My ex-wife, the fact that she once, due to the fault of these very public and official persons of self-government of Rietavas, found herself in a dire situation - pregnant, homeless, without any income or means of survival - also did not learn anything. but I helped her then, now she has thanked me and is determined to take revenge for the help and support provided not only to me, but also to the children for their devotion to each other, to their father, to their family - and today these is are legal the moral and legal norms of Republic of Lithuania.

 The Third Wave of aggression against me and the children of the Republic of Lithuania:
