Corruption, Crime - definition, examples

 What is a Corruption ? a Corruption is a form of dishonesty or a criminal offense which is undertaken by a person or an organization which is entrusted in a position of authority, in order to acquire illicit benefits or abuse power for one's personal gain. In other words, it is assistence, promotion, participation in criminal activity person or an organization which is entrusted in a position of authority. 
 What is a Crime? a Crime is either theft, or robbery, or fraud, or extortion with the aim of forcibly seizing valuables and also appropriating them ! Any crime cannot be justified by such tools for manipulating public opinion in order to justify its legitimization and popularization as names, colored rags, languages, other pompous paraphernalia, slogans, manifestations, propaganda as tool posishen the use of public, official position for purpose organizing a criminal activits... as well as promotion organized crime as outcome blocking the development of the region... of economic public and official relationship ! The question is... are lithuanian justice part of the organized promotion to sistem criminal use they which is entrusted posishen in a position of authority ? or vice versa ? and a amount will not change from the rearrangement of the places of terms value - this is blocking positive to contributing to the development of economic public and official relationships !
